Refund policy
“No claims for refund/ charge back shall be made by any customer to LeGENE PERSONAL GENETIC CENTRE and the AsiaPay (HK) Limited in any circumstances after the transaction is completed and confirmed by the customer. In the event such claim is received by Le Gene Limied or AsiaPay (HK), it shall not be entertained. For any special situation or inquiry, you may send a email to cs@le-gene.com within 14 days of payment. All final decision is subjected to LeGENE PERSONAL GENETIC CENTRE's sole discretion.”
